The first step in our application process is a conversation at the school among the parents and teachers. This initial conversation gives the parents an opportunity to see the school, meet the teachers, get a sense of the atmosphere we maintain, and learn about our schedule and financial arrangements. The teachers have an opportunity to meet the parents and learn a little about the possible student. It is important that both parents and teachers agree that St. Michael's might be the right place for the child.
The next step often involves the child spending some time in school. This gives the teachers a better understanding of the prospective student and also gives the child an introduction to the school and possible classmates. It allows the parents to see the school through their child's eyes.
If there appears to be a good "fit" between the child and the school, then an application form is completed. The application form can be viewed
